• to cooperate with relatives and other members of users’ social circles to help them integrate into the work of the centre in accordance with their capabilities.

 

Main principle of the center is...

 

that the user or resident carries out all the tasks he is able to carry out by him/herself. It means that employees are here only to help, direct, demonstrate, explain and educate in order to offer as much guidance as the individual needs.

The members of staff are initiators, organisers and motivators, while the users actively participate in forming their activities.

 

We have also Family Friendly Enterprise Certificate that represents a consulting-audit process and has been developed as one of the tools for effective and more quality human resources management within enterprises and organizations in the context of balancing professional and private lives of employees. Certificate represents one of the various possibilities of a socially responsible acting of our organisation.
